When contacting me through discord, and showing interest in my work, first I'll let you know if my commissions are opened and the amount I'm working on currently.

I'll let you know the amount of time it will probably take to finish your piece. Fully rendered pieces take the longest, up to three days, flats can take between one and two and sketches can take up to one or even be delivered on the same day. This is all dependent on what time it is for me when we close our deal and if I'm working on another commission before yours.

When you hire me, I'll take half the payment upfront and then start working.

When designing your piece, I can work with written descriptions without any problem, but remember, the more references you give me, including visual ones, the closer I'll be able to get to what you have in mind.

I'll tell you when I start working on your commission, and will be sharing watermarked updates throughout the whole process.

With these updates you can have more control over the direction of the drawing.

With the piece finished, I'll receive the other half of the money and send you the drawing in any way you prefer, I can even send you Clip Studio's editable format and timelapses.

After the drawing is sent, I'll still be available for simple corrections on the final piece, without extra cost.

My commissions are intended for personal use, if you wish to use them for commercial reasons, I need to be informed upfront and the prices reajusted!

I plan on posting the result on social media and tagging whoever ordered it, if needed, the order can be credit anonymously. In specific situations, if you don't want the drawing to be made public, I can refrain myself from posting it

No A.I software is or will ever be used in the process of making any of my art, thus, it is completely forbidden to use your commissioned piece to train A.I or even for NFT's

We can decide on any desired additions that aren't mentioned on the prices section of the sheet, like additional characters, props or any other elements.

If you plan to share the results online, you must inform that it is a commissioned work and credit me, I'm "savannapunk" on all socials.

I work with Character Design, Character Art and Concept Art, so this is the type of work I'm offering, if you're not sure your request fit those terms, feel free to ask me.

Although I'm ok with adjusting my artstyle to better fit the desired look, I will not stray too far from it.

I only do refunds in case of cancelation from my side but, by giving you updates and agency throughout the design process, we will get to a result where refund is not needed.

I'm always available to answer your questions and give WIP (Work In Progress) screenshots about the process, I want you to feel safe about the commission and have control of the result.

Quando você me chamar no Discord e demonstrar interesse no meu trabalho, a primeira coisa que vou te informar é se minhas comissões estão abertas e quantas estou fazendo no momento.

Vou te dar uma estimativa de quanto tempo vai levar pra finalizar seu pedido. Ilustrações totalmente renderizadas são as que mais demoram, até três dias. Flats levam de um a dois dias, e sketches podem ser entregues no mesmo dia ou no dia seguinte. Isso depende do horário que fecharmos o acordo e se eu tiver outras comissões pra fazer antes da sua.

Quando você me contratar, vou pedir metade do pagamento e só então começo a trabalhar.

Na hora de criar sua arte, eu consigo trabalhar bem com descrições escritas, mas lembre-se: quanto mais referências você me der (inclusive visuais), mais perto eu consigo chegar do que você tá imaginando.

Vou te avisar quando começar a trabalhar na sua comissão e vou te mandar atualizações com marca d'água durante todo o processo.

Com essas atualizações, você pode ter mais controle sobre o rumo que o desenho tá tomando.

Quando o desenho estiver pronto, vou receber a outra metade do pagamento e te envio a arte do jeito que você preferir. Posso até mandar no formato editável do Clip Studio e as timelapses, se quiser.

Depois que o desenho for enviado, ainda vou estar disponível pra fazer correções simples na arte final, com zero custo adicional.

Minhas comissões são feitas pra uso pessoal. Se você quiser usar pra fins comerciais, preciso ser avisado antes, e os preços serão reajustados!

Eu planejo postar o resultado nas redes sociais e marcar quem me contratou. Se precisar, o contratante pode ser creditado anonimamente. Em situações específicas, se você não quiser que o desenho seja divulgado, posso não postá-lo.

Nenhum software de IA é ou será usado no processo de criação das minhas artes. Por isso, é totalmente proibido usar sua comissão pra treinar IA ou até mesmo pra NFTs.

Podemos combinar qualquer coisa extra que não esteja na seção de preços da tabela, como personagens adicionais, props ou outros elementos.

Se você for compartilhar o resultado online, precisa informar que é um trabalho comissionado e me dar os créditos. Meu nome é "savannapunk" em todas as redes sociais.

Embora eu esteja de boa em ajustar meu estilo artístico pra chegar mais perto do resultado que você tem em mente, não vou me distanciar totalmente do meu estilo.

Apenas efetuo reembolsos caso o cancelamento seja feito por mim porém, por lhe dar atualizações e presença durante o processo de design, vamos chegar num resultado onde um reembolso não é preciso.
